The CIC referred to this building as "The Music Building"

I always thought this building was almost as nice as the business incubator building next door.  No one ever talked about this one, though, so I don't know it's name.

It must have had some serious problems, (structural, asbestos, mold?) because I've never heard anyone express interest in it like the Davis building or the Wells building.

Demolition continues downtown as workers remove the ornate terra cotta from one of the buildings near the Home Savings Building.  Several buildings are being removed for the expansion of the Business Incubator.
