That is a problem, especially for those neighborhood groups that were forced into the 6th Ward by the Board of Elections and City Council. But then, what good has the Sixth Ward Coalition ever accomplished for the 6th Ward? It's still the worst ward in the city.

Word has it that this same man tends to dominate the agenda at meetings.  People are stepping back from the new sixth ward coalition because of this.
