Here's an idea. Let Old Man Murray reopen some of the Catholic schools that stand closed and let Rome foot the bill for children from families on welfare.

Not one red cent more for this school system ... most of the property owners in Youngstown have no children in the public schools, and it is not fair that they should be forced to pay for the children of families on welfare. The state took over the Youngstown City School System, let the state foot 100% of the bill.
