A new sign at that location has been needed for a long time. That is a major highway corridor into Youngstown and the old sign was ugly and nondescript.
This sign shows pride in our town. Very nice indeed.

They are very nice. I was on 680 early today and saw them.

Much of the beautiful landscaping that you see there was done by volunteers from St. Pats, and other volunteers, earlier in July or late June. I believe.
