Perhaps someone might start a petition, to be given to the Mill Creek Board, showing how they
feel about the restriction of public comment (?)

A story appeared in the Youngstown newspaper a few days ago.  The Mill Creek Park Board of Commissioners is enacting a new policy to restrict public comment at public board meetings.

The City of Youngstown has a bad public comment policy and now the Mill Creek Park administration is also taking steps to discourage public comments.  I find this disturbing.
