Ground breaking for new homes on Baldwin Street

Yesterday there was a story on the news about the ground breaking ceremonies for
the construction of six brand new homes on Baldwin Street on Youngstown's North
Side.

This marks the beginning of the 2010 plan for the Wick Park Historic District
reconstruction effort by the city.  I will try to get some photos and post
them here on the board for everyone to see.
