Marketing the west side neighborhoods

An interesting fact was brought up during the West Side 2010 meeting on Tuesday, June 15.  Some west side neighborhoods have an active program to market and sell every home that becomes available for sale.  Often the homes are sold through word of mouth without ever being listed in the newspaper.  The goal is to keep the neighborhood stable by finding high quality individuals to purchase these homes.
