These are some of the cut trees near Kent Street.

Why didn't you post the dudes name, the Vindicator did and from the story, he's nothing but trouble. The place for him is in the slammer with the rest of the scum of society.  >:( It's time our city officials started setting an example of these dregs on society. I'm no tree hugger - never was and never will be, but when some clown deliberately defies the law, that is a whole new story. It doesn't rank with the sort of crimes that plague the South Side, but it's a crime all the same. In some countries the court would chop off his hands for it. In others, he'd be smashing big rocks into gravel for the next twenty or so years.

This same dude is giving the city problems with some houses he owns on Fifth Avenue that are candidates for the demolition team.

What type of restitution should be required from the perpetrator for this crime?
