This a travesty, and a mockery of our criminal justice system.  The judge and
anyone else involved who has control over trial scheduling, etc. need to be
investigated for judicial misconduct and dereliction of duty.

If it is determined that the judge was remiss in their duties, they should be
censured by the bar association (or whatever portion of the Ohio judiciary they
answer to ) for violating the rights of the victim and not following the rule of law.

Those who are found responsible should be blasted in every media outlet that
will carry this story, to make an example out of them and send fair warning
to all that this will no longer be tolerated.

If the judge is responsible, they do not deserve to sit on the bench or serve
the people and the law.

5 years and still no trial?

This is happening in Youngstown and the only news covering it is out of Cleveland!?!  The 7th District Court of Appeals is on West Federal Street in downtown Youngstown.

Criminals still have more rights than victims!
