When will the video of the meeting be posted?  The public has the right to know what was said and who said it.

The meeting is council as a whole to discuss the EPA requirements that will cost the city over 140 million dollars to upgrade water and waste water facilities to specification demanded by them
The administration wants council to pass more rate hikes to the residents water charges

It's unusual to hold a Monday City Council meeting.  The newspaper agenda section did not give additional information.
