Halloween In Your Neighborhood

Lowellville normally sees 350+, my guess is we might have seen 250 and that's stretching it.

I expected the normal drop off from other areas, but didn't seem to happen this year...

I had fewer children because of the weather conditions.  This was the first time in a long time that vans and cars loaded with children weren't dropped off in my neighborhood.

Nope. Most of the kids in our 'hood went to the big party at the Arlington Heights Recreation Center.
I didn't go, and we did have a few come to the house.
