Gas well is high risk to Warren's water supply

Seems like the BLM has a staffing problem.  Its not our problem; hire enough people to take care of demand. 

Lets look at the fact that the well in question has been in operation since 2010 with no incidents  Apparently it fits into some criteria that makes it "high risk", but the riskiest activities at the well, the drilling and fracking are long since over with and the well is now in its production stage.
