Forum Health Agrees To Be Sold

The Business Journal is reporting that the Forum Health Board of Directors has agreed to a non-binding agreement to be sold to Community Health Systems Inc. a Tennessee corporation that is a FOR PROFIT corporation that operates 76 hospitals in 22 states.
