Heidi Daniel, Director of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, will be one of the guest speakers at Rocky Ridge Neighborhood Association's meeting on Wednesday, March 26, at 6:30 p.m.  Ms. Daniel will discuss the recently released report focusing on the possible relocation of the West Side Branch Library.

The second speaker of the evening will be a representative of Grow Youngstown who will discuss the local food movement.
