Artis Gillam is a City Embarrassment!

Have you been listening to Youngstown City Councilman Artis Gillam on the radio and TV lately?  Obviously, having a good education is not a requirement to become a Youngstown City leader.  If Gillam is an example of who is running Youngstown, then all of the recent city ills are completely understandable. 

We need a City Law against Idiocy in Public Office and also these city leaders should prove that they have a good education...Is it too much to ask that our City Leaders should have some abilities to communicate in writing and verbally?

Artis Gillam represents our downtown area and its surrounding communities, can you imagine what a potential investor would think of Youngstown after meeting this unintelligent city leader.

Artis Gillam is Bad for Youngstown....this guy must go or just keep quiet until your term ends!!
