Ohio Land Management has been contacted by energy company possibly interested in the Eastside, cross our fingers.

Several month's ago Governor Kasich was in New Middletown for the grand opening of the $150 Million cryogenics plant; that is when the Gov. announced that NiSource was going to build two more of these plants at the same location.  Part of the cryogenics system is another $150 Million pipeline running north to Mercer county and south to Lisbon.  From this trunk pipeline, multiple gathering lines will branch out going west to takeaway wet gas from horizontal wells soon to dot the entire Mahoning and Trumbull county, as can be seen recently in Carrol and Columbiana counties.
To maintain and service this massive energy infrastructure along the northeastern border with Pennsylvania will rise industrial businesses like we have never seen before.  Spinoffs of American affordable energy, one can only imagine what comes to town, and what part of Youngstown will benefit the most, I predict the vast unused acreage that is the historic Sharonline.
Route 616 is the border of Coitsville and Youngstown.  The Youngstown side unlike Coitsville, has miles and miles of undeveloped acreage that is not even under the plow or has ever been for over a hundred years.  This acreage has even in several locations been plated for thousands of residential parcels with "paper" streets.  In the woods one may find active water hydrants and sewer manholes.  Yes, unlike Coitsville, utilities exist in Youngstown's eastside, albeit older infrastructure, still functioning.  This land because of its assets and proximity, not to mention the affordability of the acreage is perfect for the new "Greensfields," the new High Tech industrial zone for the energy industry.
