Water Line Breaks Today

maybe if the city use water funds for upgrades in the city owned waterlines instead of so called economic development endeavors. we would not have these watelines breaks.

Block watches are reporting several water line breaks today.  The Youngstown Water Department has already been notified.

God bless our city employees who will be out working in this cold and snow today to repair the broken water lines.
