The physical number of feline critters kept in someone's home should be entirely their personal business,
unless or until the cats become a problem to the rest of the neighborhood, or there is evidence that
they are not being properly cared for.

If you know of someone in the neighborhood who is running a [pardon the humor here] "CAT HOUSE"
and they are not taking care of the poor creatures, then someone should call the humane society
and notify them of the problem.

If the cats are kept outside and are becoming a nuisance (sp?) then someone should call the
humane society, etc.

What type of legislation should be developed when too many cats are kept in a home?
