What about the minerals of all the parks in the City?

If Mill Creek Park can take better care of Lincoln Park, let them.

As long as it is still available to the public, why not.  The people who use the park would probably
be grateful to see something being done with it.  Youngstown now has more parks than they can
maintain.

There are a few of the smaller parks that should probably be closed, seeded with young trees, and
allowed to "go back to nature"

Should the city turn Lincoln Park over to Mill Creek Park to run? This park is not being taken care of by the city, and with the history that this park has, the folks at Mill Creek Park could better preserve it.
