We now have five people who are willing to help with a west side community garden.

Someone just suggested using the old West Elementary School location on North Hazelwood.  The school building has been demolished and removed.  A paved parking lot remains.  The large grassy area could be used for growing vegetables.

What about Mahoning United Methodist Church?

A few more people have expressed interest in establishing a West Side Farmers' Market for next year.

Where should it be located?  Please suggest a location and some reasons why it would make a good place for a market.
