Update

The curbing is in and the asphalt is down.  Only a small amount of work remains to be done.

Thanks my friend, because that little tiff that the city had with the contractor recently made it sound like we were going to have another example with the old Dollar Bank scaffelding and the Stambaugh Building tiff.

The basement appeared to be full of compacted earth and most of the heavy equipment had been removed from the site.
