Very few people attend council meetings. 

How many Forum members have attended a Youngstown City Council meeting during 2013?

City council meetings need to be made available via video streaming online. Those who are
unable to addend in real time could, at least, watch the meetings later.

This so easy, and so do-able.

The City Council Safety Committee met on Monday, December 2, at 10:30 a.m.

The time was convenient for them but not for the average citizen.
