Was given a tour of the Arlington district new rental units

My brother and his brother in law,(who's Cleveland firm, built the bulk of the new units) came in from Cleveland for a visit. He wanted me and my Dad what his company has built. We followed MLK. The old brick units were gone. New units built. He took us around the inner streets with speed bumps. We went through on to Wirt. There is a lot of units. Should get a lot of passengers for WRTA. Does anybody know anything?
