Just based on the number of yard signs on the west side, McNally should be the winner.  Yard signs don't vote though.

Who will be the winners and losers on Tuesday? With the low turnout expected, is the underlining factor in the Mayor's race and charter amendment who can rally their base and get them to the polls?
