Mayor Berates Citizen

the citizen tried to responed to the mayor's question concerning the losing local control eight yrs.  but he was shot down by the out of control mayor when the mayor told him not to interrupt him. why did the mayor ask the question when the mayor did not give the citizen time to answer. the questions were ligit for discourse about local control, cardinal mooney protential move, and an est. of a ytown dt business assoc.

At the Youngstown City Council meeting this evening, a citizens addressed council and chose to talk about the recent D&L waste dumping and the fact that Cardinal Mooney High School was possibly moving to the suburbs.  After the citizen's presentation, Mayor Sammarone angrily questioned where this citizen was eight years ago when the State of Ohio took away the city's right to regulate?   It almost sounded as though the mayor was giving a campaign speech.
