45 Agenda Items....What Are They?

On Tuesday, September 18, a newspaper story reported that 45 items will appear on the Youngstown City Council agenda for Wednesday, September 19.

What are these agenda items??  The newspaper story only mentioned three of them.  What are the other 42 items?

I checked the City of Youngstown website but could not find the agenda list.

Questions
Why does Youngstown City Council take a three month long  summer recess when there are obviously so many items that need their attention?

Why isn't the public told what all the agenda items are? 

What if an unlisted agenda item was important to you?  You certainly wouldn't know about it and be able to contact your councilman.   Oh, and if you wanted to address city council about your important agenda item, you would have had to have made your request LAST WEEK.
