Councilperson Loses Respect

mike ray 4th ward rep should be kissing the grd that he walks on this earth. if this conversation was taped and aired on youtube he would be resigning as i write this comment.

This past weekend a Youngstown Councilperson got into a heated discussion with a constituent.  Before it was over, the Councilperson cussed out the resident.
