Everyone knows St. Patrick's Day is March 17.....

However, most smaller communities like Youngstown hold St. Pat's Parades the week before
because many Irish units and guards in the local parade have already booked themselves for the larger parades
across the country that are held on March 17.

Columbus, Ohio held their parade this past Saturday....According to Ricky, I guess brain drain even
occurs in C-town...
