The Japanese film crew covered a presentation at a neighborhood association meeting on Wednesday evening.

A film crew from a public television station in Tokyo, Japan was in town yesterday to cover our "shrinking city."  The crew covered the Charter Review Commission's meeting where testimony was given by the city's seven councilmen.  A producer for the tv station said that many cities in Japan are struggling with downsizing their governent and services as Japan's birth rate continues to decline.
