"Lien Forward Defunct?"

Someone with authority revealed to me and others this afternoon that Lien Forward is Defunct.

I honestly can say that if one were to look at all the property processed into taxpaying status, one will conclude the results were miniscule compared to the yearly budget Lien Forward suctioned every year.  If the yearly budget for Lien Forward was $300,000 a year, $2.4 million for the six years,  have the taxpayers realized $2.4 million in property tax revenue?   Not even close.
