I have tried to E-mail the Trumbull county commissioners about the ongoing problem of Flooding and the horrible condition of the road. Heavy trucks and cars use this as a shortcut between Niles and Warren. I have gotton no response after a couple of times. Anybody got an idea of how to reach these people?
