Occupy The Hood?

When Bertram and the Vindy Editors move their offices to the hood......

Then they can talk......

Bertram loves loves to kiss up to big business....he thinks they might hire him one day
for a P.R. job.....

Occupy Youngstown should set up camp in the hood.  This suggestion was recently made by a newspaper writer. 

Even the people who live in the hood don't want to live there.  The police wouldn't live there and for the most part many of them have moved out of the city since the residency rule was overturned.
