The West Side Coaliton is considering redefining its organizational coverage area.  Under the new proposal, the group's coverage area would  include all of Mill Creek Park located within the city and all areas west of the park.  The group also wants to cover the area along Mahoning Avenue known as the Mahoning Commons.
