Three U.S. solar manufactures have gone bankrupt just this month. This is what happens when you try to buck market forces.

Though it was clear to the average "Joe", the so called progressives in and out of government just didn't believe that solar and wind power were not ready for prime time. The technology to compete with fossil fuels dollar for dollar simply did not yet exist. Instead of focusing on subsidizing enhanced research, the left forced subsidies of manufacturing and installation.

The left should be punished at the polls next year for throwing billions of scarce tax dollars down the rat hole of "green energy".
