I hope that isn't the case.  It's a beautiful building and needs to be used as a first-class restaurant and entertainment hub.  It was never run properly in the past but has so much potential.

Work crews have been at the B&O Building for the last few weeks.   The word is the building will soon be used as a banquet hall.
