Highway Patrol Hits The West Side

i heard the city law dept is going to allow police and the state troopers to issue citations and tickets to residents who put their trash out before the twelve hr LAW.

The Ohio Highway Patrol was active on the west side today.  In this photo, a pickup truck (behind the passing suv) was stopped in front of the Sparkle Market.
