I'd be surprised if they live anywhere in, or even near the "ward" "they" are supposedly representing the citizens of.

I put those two words in quotes because I honestly believe that "ward" could be changed to city, county, state or even country and "they" refers to the possibility of any level of politician.

I stopped at a bank this week to withdraw some cash.  I wanted a hundred dollars in twenties.
 Among the five twenties were two dating back to the 1990 series.

Where have these two old twenties been for the last 30+ years?
Did someone have to raid there hidden stash of cash?
