In mid July Youngstown declared all street parking in downtown to be free.  This was due to the explosion and extra road closures.

Wood St is part of downtown.

In early August the city opened up the lot at Commerce and Wick for free parking.

A few days ago I saw a truck car hauler parked in the center lane of Mahoning Avenue a few blocks east of the Mahoning Plaza.  It was delivering used cars to a car lot.
