[I went for a walk this evening. Halfway through the walk it started to rain. It didn't take long for slightly lower sidewalk slaps to fill with water. One section of the sidewalk had a puddle over 10 yards long. Impossible to walk without boots.]

[A layer of asphalt was applied to the east and west lanes of Mahoning Avenue today from Schenley Avenue to Meridian Road.]

A layer of asphalt was applied to the east and west lanes of Mahoning Avenue today from Schenley Avenue to Meridian Road.

[I noticed eight electric bicycles are available to rent in downtown Youngstown. The bicycles are stationed on the northwest corner of West Federal and Fifth Avenue (just east of the Number One Fire Station.]
