[Not sure if this report is authentic.Today, a bus rider at Federal Station claimed he found dead puppies in a bag that he passed while walking to the bus station. I asked if he called 911 to report the finding. He said he did not but would call when he was off the bus.]

Not sure if this report is authentic.

Today, a bus rider at Federal Station claimed he found dead puppies in a bag that he passed while walking to the bus station. I asked if he called 911 to report the finding.  He said he did not but would call when he was off the bus.
