Title: It's Cold And Windy Outside

I just finished shoveling my driveway and sidewalk. The wind chill has to be somewhere below zero. Be careful when traveling outside today.

The TV weatherman is calling for wind gusts of up to 30 miles per hours later in the day so the wind chill will be worse at times.
