Decorating homes for Halloween has become a new fad in the Youngstown area.  Please take a moment to photograph and post pictures of any well decorated homes in your neighborhood.

Maybe most Forum members don't have access to a digital camera.

OR

Maybe people in their neighborhoods don't decorate for Halloween.  ;D
