Downtown Quiz

Prior to moving to the location in the photo, where was Trinkle Sign previously located?

If I'm not mistaken (and I could be) back in the 1950's it was located in a building on the north side of West Federal near Spring Commons. In that sameblock was a Western Auto Store and Modern Plumbing.

Towntalk is correct.

Trinkle Sign and Western Auto were on West Federal Street.  The WRTA Station now occupies that space.

Are there any old photos of that block?

I have a picture, but unfortunately it covers only the lower end of the block.

If I'm not mistaken one of the local Polka band leaders had a music school in the same building as the sign company, and again, if I'm not mistaken it was run by Tee Ross.
