I've heard that the Arts Council of Youngstown and Mahoning County www.artscouncilyoungstown.com (http://www.artscouncilyoungstown.com) recently eliminated its only staff member due to cutbacks in funding. Our community needs a vibrant Arts Council which is adequately funded and staffed.
