I noticed something the other day while taking Ridge Avenue from Market Street to Oak Hill. Someone is dumping dirt and debris over the hill on Ridge Avenue just a little west of the Market Street Bridge.
Is this an approved dumping area??
That is the old abandoned Pike St. that lead to Renners Brewery. Another entrance is from Oak Hill, the City owns most of the land as it was conveyed by the old PL&E RR. It is interesting to know that A.P. O'Horo owns about three acres which was once the Renners property and that they run the materials depot there. The City should be made aware of this dumping.
