While participating in Downtown Day recently, I noticed more and more workers from the call center purchasing lunch at the Food Court at 20 Federal Place.  The XVI workers generally wear an ID-holding lanyard and/or a headset around their neck.

One thing in the Vindy article that caught my attention was the statement
that top earners could make up to $1,000 a week.

Anyone in their customer service department that could maintain that level
of earnings would be making a gross salary of $52,000 per year.  That is a
GOOD salary for Youngstown, and definitely a "living wage".

My main question regarding the company is this: Do they pay benefits of any kind?
