Did the university give any explanation as to why they pulled this funding?

Part of the reason is because the state pulled it's funding of the program from the state budget.....

Have we been hearing the truth about the YEC?  I have heard from friends of people who teach there that it's not all it's cracked up to be in the press. They've been talking about student absenteeism and poor attitude. Does anyone know the truth?
