Post by: Towntalk on February 25, 2010, 10:21:29 PM
Giles B. Harber (1849–December 29, 1925) was a rear admiral of the United States Navy and one-time Commander-in-Chief of both the United States Atlantic Fleet and the Pacific Fleet. He was born and died in Youngstown, Ohio. Harber, called a "Naval Hero" by the The New York Times, was best known as for leading the rescue expedition for the USS Jeannette off of Siberia and the return of the body of her captain. He was a decorated by Congress for his role in the Spanish-American War.

There surely are.

On your Yahoo site in the picture files you have a number of them.

An interesting fact about James Hillman.

For several years he and Mrs. Hillman were given the care of President Grant's father when he was a boy. They also cared for the fathers sister at the same time.

Here's a list you may find helpful.
