Do you remember when steel mills lined the Mahoning River?

Sure do.

When I first moved to Youngstown, my Grandfather took me on a tour to see the mills at night when they were their most impressive.

He worked at the Campbell Works.

do i remember. i can still smell the sulfur from the smoke st :'(acks aka rotten eggs. the campbell works hospital is still standing unharmed but it is deteriorating as we blog. people complained about the mills environmental affects. i bet the same complainers wished the sulfur smell was still here for a paycheck.
