Title: What Happened On Lower Mahoning Avenue This Evening?

Sometime after 7:00 p.m. this evening I passed about 10 police cars parked in the east bound lane of Mahoning Avenue near Wells Court.  Does anyone know why all the cars were there?

There had to have been more than the YPD responding to this incident.

It's hard to tell for sure in your picture, but most of the cars look like YPD.  I think I can see 8 cars in your picture, and I can see the YPD graphic on at least 5 of them.

Maybe some of them were Mahoning County Sheriffs ?

Exactly.  Why were they there? Eight law enforcement vehicles in one area and no one has access to that information.
